Winter Cycling Congress 2020 – Stockholm tour

Participants at the Winter Cycling Congress 2020 in Juhensuu are warmly welcome to participate in a pretour in Stockholm on the 3rd of February 2020, organised by Swedish Cycling Cities!

LOCATION
We will start and end at Celsiusgatan 8.

BICYCLES
Participants will be able to ride e-bikes provided by Swedish brand Crescent. Some will be fortunate to try a new and revolutionising connected bicycle with smart technology, which will be released later in the spring. It is traceable to avoid theft and has integrated ABS brakes – perfect for riding in all conditions.

PRICE
750 SEK (VAT included), including the seminar, coffee, lunch, guidance and bicycle for the tour.

HOW TO GET TO THE WINTER CYCLING CONGRESS FROM STOCKHOLM
The day's programme will finish to allow time for participants to take an optional night-ferry to Helsinki, arriving in time for the pretour in Helsinki on February 4th.

To book a cabin in the night-ferry, please visit https://www.sales.vikingline.com/ We recommend going directly from Stockholm (port Stadsgården) to Helsinki, departing at 16:30 Swedish time and arriving 10:10 Finnish time. Then take a taxi to Helsinki Central Library Oodi for the Helsinki seminar.
Another possible option is to take the ferry from Stockholm (departing at 20:00 Swedish time) to Turku (arriving at 07:35 Finnish time), and from Turku port take the train to Helsinki at 08:10 to 10:25. Book train tickets at https://www.vr.fi/cs/vr/en/frontpage. The Helsinki seminar is next to the railroad station in Helsinki.
It is also possible to fly from Stockholm from either Arlanda or Bromma airports.

We reserve the right to cancel the event due to too few registered participants. If we are forced to do so, registered participants will be refunded. The number of places is limited. The registration is binding after the last registration date has passed but can be transferred to another person.
